How long will my Corkcicle keep my drinks cold or hot?
Most of our insulated drinkware is designed to keep beverages cold for 25+ hours or hot for up to 12 hours, thanks to our proprietary triple-insulated stainless steel.
Are Corkcicle products dishwasher safe?
While many of our items are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our Walnut, Gloss, and Sparkle finishes to preserve their unique aesthetic and vacuum seal.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I clean my Canteen or Tumbler?
For daily cleaning, use warm soapy water and a bottle brush. For deep cleaning, we recommend using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar or specialized cleaning tablets.
