We want you to love your Corkcicle products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your unused items in their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
